Delivery in Egypt

• Courier: we deliver across Egypt with Bosta.
• Cost: the delivery fee depends on your address and is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Time: orders are usually delivered within 2–5 working days. Working days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.
• Processing: we pack and hand orders to the courier within 1–2 working days of ordering.

The courier will call you before delivery, so please make sure your phone number and address are correct at checkout. If a delivery fails because nobody is reachable, the courier will try again; after repeated failed attempts the order returns to us, and re-sending it may cost another delivery fee.

Orders from outside Egypt

Online checkout is for Egypt only. From anywhere else, send us a DM on Instagram @oder____ with the piece and size you want. We'll confirm the price, shipping cost and delivery time for your country before you pay. Customs duties and import taxes are set by your country and are paid by the customer.

Tracking and problems

When your order ships, we'll send you the courier details. If your order is late, lost or arrives damaged, email oder.vision@gmail.com or DM @oder____ and we'll sort it out with the courier.
